What is a Winter Rental? A winter rental is a property that is rented for up to 9 months by the same tenant. Typically starting Sept/Oct - and ending in May/June. Prior to moving in the tenants will need to sign a contract, pay 1st months rent/last/security deposit, (security is equal to the monthly rental amount) and then turn all utilities into their name. Tenants are responsible for snow removal during the winter months and lawn care during May/June.
