Early Season:

The last two weeks of June & the first two weeks of July

High Season:

The last two weeks of July & all of August through the first week in Sept.

Low Season:

The second and third week In Sept

Off Season:

Anytime after the third week in Sept through the following mid June.

The majority of our cottages "close up" for the season at the end of Sept / beginning of October, as not all of the cottages have heat or are properly insulated for rentals during the colder months.

If you wish to find a cottage during the foliage season (October) please make a list of your top 5 choices and e-mail the list to us. A rental agent will contact the owners of your top choices and then will let you know if any of the cottages will be available for rental.
