How much do I pay when I reserve a cottage?
1/2 of the total rental is due within 7-10 business days along with your signed contract. If not received by 12:00pm (noon) on the 10th day the reservation is automatically cancelled, we do not notify you.
2.
When do I pay the remaining balance of my bill?
The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival date.
3.
Will I get a reminder before my payment is due?
Yes. You will receive a reminder by e-mail, however it is ultimately your responsibility to mail your final payment in by the due date.
4.
What happens if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel for any reason there is a 25% cancellation fee PER WEEK of the base rental amount only. This money is forfeited regardless the reason for cancelling.
If we
can
re-rent the cottage for the same week(s) then we will return all money paid minus the 25%. If we
can not
re-rent the cottage you will then forfeit all money paid. We make every effort possible to re-rent the cottage in order to refund your money.
