What is the beach like?
The house is located 40-50 FT. from the water. The 250’ of beach frontage has some sandy areas as the tides goes out along with rocky areas. Granite ledges lead up the lawn area.
Is the house on the main road?
No, The house is located on a private side road and sits directly on Morgan Bay which is off of Newbury Neck.
What is the yard like?
The lot is mostly wooded with a small small yard between house and waters edge.
Can I see sunsets or sunrises?
Stunning sunsets can be seen from the house and the beach.

Yes its about 50- 60 feet away.
Will this property allow pets?
No.
Is this property good for swimming or boating?
Absolutely, however the water is somewhat cold for swimming. Morgan Bay is usually very calm and excellent to paddle through. Seals, ducks and loons are often seen in the bay.
Is the beach and water safe for children?
As on all beachs, the rocks can be slippery.
Can I see the water from the house?
yes. Parts of the beach are hidden from the ledges. The water can be seen easiliy fromthe living room or deck facing the water and from the master bedroom upstairs.

less than 6 miles. There is a country store with most basics about 6 miles away. Major grocery stores are located in Blue Hill and Ellswort (12 miles in either direction)

Deep water.
How far is the nearest restaurant?
The Lobster Shack is located about 3 minutes away at the beginning of the driveway. There are many fast food and gourmet restaurants in Blue Hill and Ellsworth (12 miles in either direction).

There are two bedrooms and 1 full bath (without tub) on the second floor and 1 bedroom with a full bath on the first floor.
