Vacation Cottages will make every attempt possible to assure that every renter finds the “right” house for them and their family. There are however rare occasions when the renter arrives and finds they do not like the house they have chosen. Vacation Cottages advises whenever possible renters should actually view the house prior to signing a contract. Once the contract has been signed no refunds can be given as all money is disbursed to the owner of the property.
