Cancellation Policy

All cancelled weeks are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel for any reason let us know as soon as possible. We will do our absolute best to try and re-rent the time period. Once we have re-rented the same week(s) that you have cancelled out of, then we can return all of your money paid minus the cancellation fee PER WEEK cancelled.

If we can not re-rent the cottage you will then forfeit all money paid. Keep in mind that we will do our best and make every effort possible to re-rent the cottage and get your money back to you.
