Sitting only 30 feet away from the water this property also offers 600 feet of water frontage. Bring your own boat as there is a mooring and out haul. Conveniently the Public boat launch is 3 miles away for easy access. You won’t need the tv (which doesn’t get good reception) as you will be out on the deck memorized by the views. Great beach area and swimming. Over all a good property suitable for parents with 2 small children. Mooring available for an extra $300.00/wk. Arrangements for the mooring must be made in advance.
