Built in 1986, this beautifully kept PRIVATE, 1800 s/f Saltbox has 3 bedroom and den / 2 baths and sits 75 feet back from the edge of Toddy Pond in Blue Hill with 220 feet of lake frontage. Toddy Pond is 11 miles of pristine lake, perfect for fishing, swimming or kayaking/canoeing! Sitting on 5.5acres without any visible neighbors in sight this house is perfect for a quiet getaway. Tucked in the middle of the woods well off the main road all you will hear are the loons calling or the fish flapping in the water! Moose, Deer, Bear, Raccoons and Fox have also been seen in this particular area. It’s a great spot for a nature lover! House provides a nice size kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath (with washing machine only) and bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms, full bath (with dryer only) and a den. Walkway over looks the living room below. Large enclosed porch on water side of house with lots of chairs for sitting while escaping the black flies or mosquitoes. Good size lawn for the kids to play on and long dock for easy bass fishing without a boat!
