This cozy 3 bedroom / 1 bath ,1700s/f, Saltbox style home is well maintained and nicely appointed offering over 300 feet of rugged, bold deep water shore frontage with sand / gravel beach. Bring your kayak for trips back and forth to the main land use the deep water mooring to more your sail boat / motorized boat (Its large enough to accommodate most boat sizes.) This property offers Westerly and south westerly exposure and excellent panoramic views of Blue Hill Bay's most famous sailing waters. From the large deck you’ll witness fantastic sunsets and beautiful views of Blue Hill Mountain and it’s the perfect spot for viewing saltwater wildlife and other water activities. Meander down the path to a large pier and a recently built dock-great for fishing, swimming or unloading supplies. A short distance from the South Blue Hill boat launch (approx. 1m.) makes it convenient for day trips on the main land. Park & leave your vehicle at the peer upon arrival and there will be a chauffer waiting to take you across Blue Hill Bay in a personal watercraft (boat) to Long Island. Once there feel free to stay on the island all week or make pre-arranged day trips to the Main land. Because it is on an island renters are asked to conserve water as much as possible. Drinking water is carried onto the island
