Located on Morgan Bay in East Blue Hill approximately 40 ft. from the water. This 2 bedroom/1 bath home is privately situtated on several acres of land. It’s called Heartstone Beach because of the heart-shaped stones that are found on the beach. This is a fantastic property that is completely secluded without any neighbors in sight. In the main house the skylights and huge windows make it feel like you are outside while you are in. Enjoy watching the wildlife from the nice sized deck just off the living area and what a GREAT spot for swimming! This house is perfect for 2 adults and 1 or two children as you need to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. The guest house, which can be rented for an additional $1000.00 per week) is located only feet away that has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It has a lovely screened in porch which is great for dining. Perfect for two families who want to rent together but stay in different homes. Maximum occupancy for both is 4 people per house.
