The Harborside House is approximately 2500s/f and offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The recently remodeled kitchen is well equipped and was designed specifically for a gourmet cook! Extras include a cuisine art, popcorn popper, espresso machine, coffee grinders, steamer set etc. Just about everything you could possible want you can find right here. The counter tops are made of Maine granite accented by new stainless steel appliances. The separate panty offers a two basin sink, counter tops, shelves and lots of cabinets for storage. Off the kitchen is a large full bathroom (no tub) with washer and dryer. On the other side of the kitchen is a large dining room which seats 6-8. In the kitchen there is a small table that seats 2-4. There is also a large screened in porch on the front side of the house and on the back side. Large windows throughout the whole house offer great lighting and views. There are water views from just about every room but the best spot is from the claw foot tub in the bathroom on the second floor. When you’re resting in the tub you can look out over the fields to the ocean. The house offers hardwood floors throughout with a few throw rugs scattered. Sitting on less than an acre of land with distant views of Penobscot Bay. This property is conveniently situated in a quiet, small village called Harborside on Cape Rosier in the town of Brooksville. Are you into Organic foods and eating right? The town of Brooksville is well known for organic farming produce, cheese, bakeries and shellfish. This property is within a very short drive to many great organic gardens, restaurants and farm stands. If you like birds the Holbrook Island Bird Sanctuary is also located nearby for a relaxing day bird watching. The town of Blue Hill is approximately 30 minutes away for fine dining, shopping, art galleries and antique stores.
