Located on Beech Hill Pond in Otis. This adorable 3 bedroom and 2 bath cottages sits only50 feet from the lake. Wake to the call of the loons and drink your coffee on the deck just steps from the shore. Spend your days on Beech Hill Pond swimming, fishing, boating, or simply reading in the hammock. Look across the lake to the surrounding mountains for breathtaking views. There is a huge flat sand area at the waters edge, great for relaxing in the sun or playing beach games (where you have over 200 feet of frontage to explore) Or, plan to take a 30 minute drive to Mount Desert Island, home of world famous Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Go hiking, biking, sightseeing, whale watching, shopping and much more. Discover all that this unique area has to offer. Located in the heart of Downeast Maine, the camp is also conveniently located a half hour from either Bangor International Airport or Trenton Airport. The cottage was completely renovated in 2003 and now boasts a huge custom pine kitchen complete with breakfast bar and all new appliances, including dishwasher and garbage disposal. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and master bath with shower. The two other bedrooms each have full size beds, and each have a separate sliding glass door onto a covered deck with views of the lake. Come and enjoy!! For 2010 this property has a new rec room with pool table and ping pond table and additional bedroom in the downstairs level. This part of the house can be included for an additional $500.00 and will sleep 10 (including the first floor.)
