Located in Cape Rosier with access to Orr Cove. Approx. 500 feet from the water with 300 feet of Water Frontage. This 2500 sq/ ft, 3 bedroom, 1 bath house sits on 22 acres of walking trails. House faces South West with views of sunsets from the beach. There is also a little pond in front of the house if you want to practice rowing your own boat/canoe in. The property is very private and was used in the past as an organic farm. In a 2 to 3 minute walk down your own private path you will find yourself at the ocean with 500 ft of a sandy/pebbly beach shoreline. This house may not be suitable for children since there are some nude photos in the house which are considered art work by some and inappropriate to others.
