The owner of this property also owns a lobster fishing boat and for a small fee will take your immediate family out into the bay so you can experience what it’s like to catch a Maine Lobster! 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, this cozy and comfortable ranch style home sits well off the main road for privacy, offers a large lawn for the kids to play on and has beautiful mountain views. This house is less than 5 miles to town (oceanfront family park) and less than 3 miles to Kniesel Hall. Approx 40 minutes to Acadia National Park and less than 10 miles to the public landing at Toddy Pond (11 mile lake)
