Located in Brooksville this spacious 3 bedroom /1.5 bath is nicely positioned up high overlooking Bucks Harbor. Relax in the screened in gazebo (best spot for views of the sea) and enjoy the gentle breeze from the ocean, or kick back on the large covered porch with your glass of lemonade and a good book. Lots of beautiful Maple trees on the property surround the house for shade and there is also a nice size yard for the kids to play. First Floor offers, pantry, ˝ bath, large living room, equipped eat in kitchen and a separate dining room. 2nd floor offers 1 full bath and 3 bedrooms (TV in each room and in the living room.) Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and you’ll find many antiques treasures throughout. The village of Bucks Harbor is within walking distance. Take a stroll to enjoy the marina and yacht club. If you have a boat there is a public boat launch and beach, bring it along! Some of the best food can be found in local restaurants, farmers markets and bakery.
