This is a very quiet area that shares 135 feet of water frontage with the main house and sits back about 100 feet from the water. Faces west for those georgous sunsets. Kitchen, Living room and bathroom are found on the 1st floor and bedroom on the second floor. Great area and a wonderful spot for kayaking. Also, great for swimming.
