(just north of Ellsworth by 15 minutes) This adorable and rustic 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage can’t get any closer to the water, in fact the stairs that are off the front deck literally sit in the water. With 750 feet of water frontage this cozy cottage is a great spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. Look no more for the perfect, quiet getaway! Without visible neighbors this property is the perfect spot for sun and relaxation! Just sit back on the deck and listen to the loons call as they and their babies swim by. Small island in front of home is the breeding grounds for the local loons! What a special treat to be able to watch the mothers teach their little ones to swim. Only 30 minutes to the famous Acadia National Park. This property may not be suitable for small children. **BRING YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER**
